LogiCommerce Departments

It is possible that the logic structure of our eCommerce requires to organize its administrators in groups. For this, LogiCommerce provides a module that allows to group the administrators depending on the task they perform. This tutorial explains how to enable/limit the use of chat and ticketing tools to administrator groups. However, it is important not to confuse this tutorial with the authorizations one, which is in charge of the management of the user privileges in the different LogiCommerce departments. This is to say, this module will only be used to identify the different administrators tasks. Currently, the tasks of the departments are limited to chat and ticketing, but further features will be added as LogiCommerce keeps on evolving.
