You can indeed select the language of the newsletter and the users to whom it is addressed. (This option is only available for clients who have contracted "User Segmentation"). You can also include unregistered users who are newsletter subscribers.
In the Delivery section you can obtain information such as the total number of users to whom the newsletter is addressed, as well as the total number of mails to send. You can also define the time and date on which they will be sent out.
You can also view the configuration of the email account from which the mail will be sent.
